How do I book pet sitting or dog walking services?

Our user-friendly portal allows you to schedule visits, receive real-time updates from your sitter, view photos of your pet during their visit, and conveniently pay invoices after services are completed.

What type of pets do you care for?

We care for just about any type of animal. We have experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, goats, turtles, reptiles, ferrets, guinea pigs, gerbils, rats, birds, and more! Have a unique animal? Just ask us!

Do I get to meet my pet sitter or dog walker?

Yes! At Berks Pet Care we offer a free meet and greet before your first service so we can get to know your pets, understand their routine, and answer any questions you may have.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection and peace of mind. As a professional pet sitting and dog walking company, we believe in operating with transparency, accountability, and the highest standards of care. We always recommend asking for proof of insurance when hiring any pet care provider – and we’re happy to provide it!

What areas do you service?

Our service areas include Wyomissing, West Lawn, West Reading, Reading, Exeter, Flying Hills, Mohnton, Shillington, Wernersville, Sinking Spring, Muhlenberg, Temple, Laureldale, and Mt. Penn.

What are your payment terms?

We don’t require any payment upfront and you’ll only be charged after your last visit is completed. We want you to be completely satisfied with the care we provide before any payment is made.

To schedule services (including free meet and greets), we do require a credit card to be kept on file in our secure app. This helps ensure the safety and efficiency of our scheduling process. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.

What is your cancellation policy?

When we book your services, we reserve exclusive time for you and your pets. However, we know plans can change and sometimes the unexpected happens. Our pet sitting routes are planned out and cancellations can disrupt scheduling and efficient routing.

Scheduled pet sitting services must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in 50% cancellation penalty of total amount due. Any cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will not receive a refund.
