Hiya! I’m Katie, illustrator and certified critter lover! I grew up with dogs and cats, but have a soft spot for exotic pets like fish, hermit crabs, amphibians, and insects! My best bud, Shay (12yo) is a cat who loves walkies, belly rubs, and doing tricks! Sometimes I think she was a dog in a past life. I also have an axolotl, Pretzel (2yo) and a variety of millipedes and isopods.
I have a BFA in Illustration from PCAD, and animals are my favorite subject. I love teaching people about rare or interesting critters, as well as educating about mental health. In a world that’s sometimes so trying, I want to do my best to uplift those who need it!
From delicate amphibians to playful dogs, I adapt to any pet’s needs. Your buddies will be in good hands, getting all the attention and affection they deserve while you’re away! I look forward to meeting your pets!
